Anthracite coal is washed, calcined/dried, packaged to meet precisely Consumer’s specifications. Most carburize manufacturers produce carbon material through the two hundred degrees «heat treatment», or more simply, through the classical coal drying in the drum.
The technology of our company involves coal burning in a furnace at a temperature above 1200 °C, to get rid of most contaminating alloys in the carbon material.
We have a stock with average amount of 30000 tones of different types of Anthracite, also all the necessary machinery available for materials handling, and we always have material for express delivery.
The dried anthracite could be packed in big bags with different volumes from 400kg to 1.5 tonnes. We have a closed packing line to puck the material in 10−20kg paper or polyurethane bags. Also, we could pack the materials with client demand.
